Session 2B
Show me the Money! Impact Reporting from Annual Fund to Major Gift Donors
Kirsten Lavin
Wednesday, September 22 11:45 – 12:45 AM (PT) | 2:45 – 3:45 PM (ET)
One of the main foundations of stewardship, reporting shows donors that we used their gifts as they intended and that those gifts made a difference in the world. We owe it to our donors to offer transparency and gratitude, and reporting on the impact of their gifts gives us that opportunity. This session will address the content, frequency, medium and message of impact reporting for three main donor groups: annual fund, endowment and major gift donors.
