ADRP 2021 Conference Terms, Conditions, and PoliciesPlease be sure to fully review all of the policies before registering for the virtual conference.All ADRP 2021 attendees must acknowledge and abide by applicable policies. Cancellation Policy:Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received by Monday, September 20, 2021 will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, September 20, 2021. Substitutions can be made at any time. If you have any questions, please contact the office at [email protected]. Your registration fee includes all sessions and recordings. If you are not able to attend one or more sessions, ADRP will not prorate or refund part of your registration fee. Each virtual session will be recorded, and recordings will be provided to all registrants after the conclusion of the event. Nonpayment Policy:Full payment of conference registration fees is required before the start of the conference. If full payment has not been remitted on or before Friday, September 17, 2021, the meeting details will not be sent to the registered attendee(s). Technical Failure Policy:It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of each virtual session. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, ADRP reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording after the session's conclusion, or they may request a prorated refund. Recording Acknowledgement:Each virtual session will be recorded, including chat transcripts. Videos recorded during the event will be provided to all registrants and may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of ADRP. You must consent to this if you plan to attend the live sessions. (If you do not wish to be recorded for the above-stated purposes, you may view the recording, which will be provided after the live event.) ADRP Code of Conduct:The Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP) is committed to advancing a donor-centric, relationship-building philosophy within non-profit fundraising settings. ADRP provides education in these principles and the practices and techniques of donor relations, to prepare professionals to guide their organization in implementing and maintaining sound donor relations and stewardship program models. All ADRP members will adhere to the Fundamental Principles outlined in the ADRP Ethics Statement and Donor Bill of Rights.
