What is the difference between Individual and Unlimited Group Registration?

New this year, the Unlimited Group Registration rate allows institutions to pay a flat rate to bring an unlimited number of attendees. This is recommended for organizations with 12 or more individuals planning to attend the conference. 

The Individual Registration rate covers the cost of a single individual attending the event.

How can I sign up my organization for the Unlimited Group Registration?

  1. To prevent duplicate group registrations and payments, please first review the Unlimited Group Registrants list to verify if your organization has already paid for the group rate.
  2. To sign up, you or a member of your organization will need to complete the unlimited group registration form and pay the flat rate. (Note: only the primary contact needs to be an ADRP member to receive the Member rate.)
  3. After completing the form and submitting payment, the ADRP Office will email the primary contact a unique discount code for them to distribute to their organization.

I've signed up for the Unlimited Group Registration, do I need to complete a separate form to attend the conference?

Yes. All attendees must register as individuals in order to attend ADRP 2021. 

How do I use my Unlimited Group Registration discount code?

When completing your individual registration form, you will use the discount code when prompted in the payment section. This will bring your payment total to $0, as the rate will have already been paid by your organization.

Do I have to be an ADRP member to register/attend?

No, you don't have to be a member; however, ADRP members receive a discounted registration rate which more than covers the cost of membership. Plus, you get a full year of ADRP membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join now or renew your membership before registering for the conference.

Can I register multiple attendees in a single form?

No. Attendees must be individually registered. If you wish to pay for multiple attendees at once, please have attendees register themselves and select the "invoice me" option in the payment section. When they receive their invoice, have them forward it to you so you may pay their invoice.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check. Checks can be mailed to the ADRP Office after submitting your registration form.
