We all adjusted quickly to the virtual event plans last year with a mix of creativity and craziness. Sarah Reynolds Assistant Director of Stewardship Whiting School of Engineering
Sarah Reynolds-Mitchell is the Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations for the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Sarah joined Johns Hopkins University in 2014 and has worked with the Whiting School since 2016. In her role, she manages the stewardship and donor relations activities for Hopkins Engineering, specifically overseeing personalized stewardship strategy, endowment reporting, and special events. Prior to her role with the Whiting School, she served as an administrative coordinator and development communications specialist for the Johns Hopkins School of Education. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Susquehanna University.

Cara Uisprapassorn Executive Director, Donor Experience Hoag Hospital Foundation
Nominated twice for Orange County Business Journal's Women in Business Award, Cara Uisprapassorn is an empathetic leader and creative experience maker, rethinking the donor and customer journey. With a background in strategy, communications, marketing, public relations, and special events, her career expands over several industries including nonprofit, health care, luxury retail, fashion, and e-commerce.
Cara heads Donor Experience at Hoag Hospital Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Hoag, a regional health care delivery network in California. Cara leads the Communications, Stewardship and Special Events teams, aiming to inspire action through personalized, innovative, and joyful physical, digital and virtual experiences.
Prior to joining Hoag, Cara directed national marketing and special events for fortune 500 global retail giant Neiman Marcus and international fashion house St. John Knits. Cara also founded an e-commerce website that facilitated group buying and group fundraising for local merchants and nonprofits. It was acquired by a company that was later purchased by the leading social good software company Blackbaud.
Cara received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Southern California with a major in communications from USC Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism and a minor in film from USC School of Cinematic Arts.
