Angela Altamore

Angela has been a passionate donor advocate for over ten years. President-elect of ADRP, sher manages the team responsible for honoring donor intent and ensuring donors understand firsthand the impact their gifts have on Kansas State University. Prior to finding her home in donor relations, Angela gained more than five years of development and management experience in roles ranging from gift entry and prospect research to grant writing and gift officer work. This broad background enables her to more fully understand multiple components of a development shop and use that knowledge to create unique donor interactions and events.

Jen McGrath (Moderator)
Senior Director, Donor Relations and Stewardship
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Jen manages a team of 12 responsible for fostering the relationship between the Institute and its donors through activities that acknowledge, recognize and report on gifts to MIT. She and her staff engage donors in the life of MIT in support of its recently concluded $6 billion Campaign for a Better World. Prior to joining MIT in February 2017, she served as Boston University's director of stewardship and donor relations. As a past conference presenter and Hub newsletter contributor, Jen has addressed giving society launches, online donor recognition, ideas for productivity, comprehensive reporting programs and other topics of interest to seasoned professionals. After joining ADRP in 2010, she served as session host and presenter coach for several international conferences, a member of Archives Project and Nominations Committee, a member of board of directors since 2015 and president (2018-2019).

Scott Eichinger
Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship
National Park Foundation

Scott S. Eichinger has nearly 20 years of nonprofit fundraising experience in performing arts, higher education, and environmental advocacy. His areas of expertise include donor engagement and special events, individual giving, direct response, recognition, and reporting. Scott leads a four-person Donor Relations and Stewardship team for the National Park Foundation, the official nonprofit partner for America's national parks. Previously, he worked for the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center and Maryland Fund for Excellence (both at the University of Maryland), Environmental Law Institute, and the Shakespeare Theatre Company. Scott has an MA in Arts Management from American University and a BFA in Theatre Management from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. He is president of the Board of Directors for The Welders, a playwrights collective in Washington, DC.

Julie Bostian
Assistant VP, Donor Relations
Brigham and Women's Hospital

Julie started her career in donor communications, then expanded her focus to include a wide range of donor services—building teams that help organizations attract, accept, and steward significant philanthropic gifts, most recently at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, a Harvard-affiliated academic medical center known for its groundbreaking research and compassionate care. She previously directed stewardship programs at Georgetown University and Boston College, in addition to managing institutional giving and board relations at small nonprofits in Washington, DC. Julie credits ADRP and the amazing ADRP network with her career growth. Her volunteer roles over the last decade include conference presenter, newsletter contributor, sponsorship and webinar committee chair, nominations committee member and chair, board member, and board president (2016-2017).
