About the Session

Are you building or evaluating your annual giving stewardship efforts? A strong annual giving stewardship program starts with recognizing donor loyalty. Donor retention is increasingly vital to growing a more robust donor base, and retention begins with recognition. The Rutgers University Foundation kickstarted its annual giving stewardship program by reimagining its loyal donor society, which has become the basis of its broad-based stewardship communications. Learn how the Rutgers Loyalty Society has strengthened the annual giving stewardship program by creating a better donor experience and developing collaborative relationships across the foundation and with university partners.
